• Delivery is made by APC or DPD Couriers.
• At present, we are able to accept online orders from within UK and Ireland. For orders outside this area, please contact us and might able to help but Brexit has caused issues at present.
• Items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days from order, but during peak times it longer and for further reaches of UK and Ireland it may also take longer.
• Standard Flat Rate Delivery is charged at £6.95.
• Northern Ireland. Special Flat Rate delivery is £18.95
• Ireland. Special Flat Rate delivery is £18.95
• Scottish Highlands and Islands Special Flat Rate is £12.50
• Delivery is free on orders  of £34.99 or more except to Scottish Highlands and Islands and The Island of Ireland where the above flat rate applies on all orders.
• All items remain the property of until payment is processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, without notice.
• All products offered are subject to availability, and can withdrawn at time without notice. If your order cannot fulfilled, will offer you alternative or full refund.
• As use third party payment processor, cannot held liable for any loss of financial information.
• We will never share, rent or sell your personal details with any third party.
• Claims for damage, mis-shipping, dissatisfaction should made within 24 hours. If you make more than 2 claims, have right to refuse the sell items you future.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of returned items.
