Where do these Shiitake Mushroom Chips come from we here you ask? Well as you can imagine we travel to Thailand a lot with our business.
Our coconut milk is made there (they have the best coconuts in Thailand) and we get many of our ingredients direct from Thailand for our sauces and curry pastes, so its always good to have personal relationships with our suppliers. And a what better place to have a working holiday! During our travels there we eat – we eat lot and snack a lot too! Sometimes we find some great snacks that we feel will go down well in the UK too. So we import them. Real Naturals Shiitake Mushroom chips ( or crisp, however you like to call them) is one of the amazing snacks we discovered. A moreish and light snack that you just wouldn’t of tried before. So why not give them a try there are great on their own but also great with a sweet chilli sauce dip.
